Rishikesh Yoga Center was established having the purpose to serve the society and spreading the ancient and precious knowledge of yoga around the world. Our main motive is to deliver the best and authentic teachings of yoga which are delivered through the Vedas, our ancient scriptures. Yoga is not only a practice but is an art or living which teaches us to be stable and balanced in all the phases of life. In today’s modern life, sufferings of people has been increased because of too much mental pressure, competitive lifestyle and disturbed food habits the chances of diseases has been increased and also fast lifestyle and work pressure and social issues too have been giving rise to several mental issues which even don’t have an authentic and permanent treatment. Yoga in modern times is the most authentic way of get rid of diseases specially from the mental issues which is the main reason of suffering. So our motive is to develop a system which can be helpful using our traditional practice. So starting our yoga school we follow this intention that through our work we could connect maximum people and share our knowledge to them so that a strong chain would be built that can deliver this science all over the world. For this we have a suitable peaceful and calm environment which will be best for the aspirants for learning and to help them and satisfy their expectations we have very experienced and dedicated teachers
